Distilled in small batches using our locally sourced & handmade still, each run is carefully monitored by our 4th generation Master Distiller to ensure clean and perfect cuts and exceptional balance. Only the smoothest and most flavorful portion of the spirit is kept, the hearts, resulting in a final product defined by depth, intense character, and premium drinkability.
